How does Propero work?

Real flexibility

You may choose to complete your self-paced learning course in only a few short weeks, or take up to six months to complete your course. Our success coaches are here to help you along every step of the way.

Earn credit

Upon successful completion of your Propero course, credits can be transferred to participating colleges and universities nationwide. The American Council for Education (ACE) has a network of over 1,700 participating schools and many colleges and universities outside the consortium also accept Propero’s online courses for credit.
Before enrolling in a Propero course, be sure to check with your academic advisor or admissions counselor to confirm that you will be able to complete online courses for college credit.

Student chooses as course from a library of general education and introductory courses.
Student purchases access.
Student accesses online course material, eTextbook, online lectures and audio components at their own pace, reviewing and revisiting as necessary.
Student takes low-risk practice quizzes and practice tests to gauge progress and retention, and to identify areas for further review. Student has unlimited practices, but most score 80% or higher in order to unlock their graded exam.
Student takes lesson quiz or unit review test. This is a test that counts toward the final course grade. Student then moves on to the next lesson. Upon completion of all lessons, student takes a comprehensive final exam.
With a passing score, student may apply for optional ACE transcript.
