The Revel app lets you access course materials on your tablet or mobile phone, offline and online. You can read your full text, or listen via the audio playlist feature (available for most titles). And voice-activated functionality gives you the power to listen on your Amazon Alexa-enabled devices or Google Assistant-enabled devices using simple voice commands.

Voice-activated technology, paired with Revel, gives you another option to learn and study on your terms. It makes it easy to check your assignment due dates, and even listen to your text via the audio playlist feature (available for most titles) on your Amazon Alexa-enabled devices or your Google Assistant-enabled devices.
Using voice activation is as simple as asking a question. Want to make sure you stay on top of your homework using Google Assistant? Ask, “Ok Google, talk to Pearson Revel and ask, ‘When is my next assignment due?’” Want to listen to a chapter on your Amazon Echo? Simply say, “Alexa, play Chapter 4 in Pearson Revel.” The Revel app tracks your progress across all your devices, so you can always continue listening where you left off.
To enable for your Google Assistant, simply say, “Ok Google, talk to Pearson Revel.” And to use with your Amazon Alexa-enabled device, select the Revel skill from the Amazon Marketplace.
